Stunning hotel, rooms were spotless, spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Tea and coffee facilities, ironing board and iron, seating area, dressing table and a large tv. We had a double bed that was very comfortable and could definitely sleep 3. Rooms were excellent, bathroom had a bath and a shower. Staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. Breakfast had an excellent selection of hot and cold options, food was piping hot and freshly prepared there is something for everyone to suit all tastes. Location is excellent, close to the town centre, opposite and large retail park with plenty of variety of shops. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

We stayed for the weekend to celebrate my brother's 60th birthday.The hotel was really lovely staff were very attentive and cheerful the hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas so warm and cosy in the lobby area and the bar. breakfast was very nice good variety of food choice The only downside to our stay was our bedroom was very cold especially at night and we couldn't get the heating on not sure if it's set times throughout the hotel bed was lovely and comfy and the blackout blinds were great we had a fantastic stay apart from the room being cold no other fault could we find

Front of house staff were very welcoming and friendly. Michaela in particular was very welcoming and accommodated our requests throughout our stay celebrating my wife's birthday. The facilities in all were superb and modern. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool and sauna area were also great. Breakfast buffet had a decent choice of savoury and sweet food. The location of the hotel was great, surrounded by retail shops and supermarkets and only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.

The staff were amazing and all so friendly. There was an ice machine on our floor. We had breakfast each morning which was buffet style with plenty of choice and it was kept topped up. Hotel is within walking distance of the town, it is also right across from a retail park with a pharmacy and many other shops. Our room was a good size with good shower and spotless. We will definetly return.

The room was clean, warm, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, lots of choices available, all freshly topped up from the kitchen. Service at breakfast was friendly and helpful. The Irish brown soda bread was delicious. There was plenty of choice on the dinner menu for this vegetarian, and generous portions.
