Beautifully decorated for Christmas on a great location Lovely breakfast buffet with lots of well presented choices. Bar good very nice though we were charged for bread we got but didn’t order or didn’t eat

The breakfast was good and the staffs were friendly and polite. Had an evening meal was great very tasty and the staff were professional, polite and friendly. The room was good, clean and comfortable. The view from the bedroom was of the back yards over looking other buildings. The location was great as we could travel around Donegal. We used the Saunas which were great for relaxing and were clean. The hotel is just a short walk to a shopping area a lot of choice from small shops and big department stores.

Travelled with 2 teenage boys and asked for interconnecting rooms which the hotel provided, which turned out to be a great idea having 2 bathrooms and 2 TVs, and a dividing door for a bit of quiet time lol. Had a great time, the pool wasn't crowded, breakfast was amazing and a great start to the day! Location is great for shops, access to roads on to other places etc, it was the 2nd time we'd stayed in this hotel this year and we will be back!

Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The restaurant in the evenings had a great selection of food….,so much so that we ate in 3 out of the 4 evenings which was not our original plan. Food served hot, delicious and very reasonably priced. Great location. Felt so comfortable in this hotel, well rested.

Wow! That's all I can say, booked a family room WOW! massive main bed along with an archway into a 2nd bedroom with 2 singles in it! Great for having space with the kids. Air Con was fantastic kept the room cool, rainfall shower, bluetooth bathroom mirror(Who knew they made these things?) massive TV with smart applications not just freeview! Breakfast had a good variety from cooked, to fresh fruit etc and never seemed overly busy. The attached leisure centre and pool access was great and made good use of during our stay! Location was very good with the "Out of town" style shops very handy and the main town centre a short 5 min drive away. My 12 year old said it's the best hotel he's ever stayed at! That's good enough for me!

We stayed in a superior family room. Had loads of space for the 4 of us beds are super comfy. I really liked the room we stayed in as the 2 kids beds were in a separate little bit to the main bedroom. So they had their own space as did we. Breakfast was super, plenty to choose from and really tasty. All the staff are very welcoming and really friendly. This was our 2nd time staying, first time was without the kids and this time with the children, we will definitely be back. Really handy to all the shops and the century complex which had loads to do in it aswell. Can't wait to come back.

The outside looks awful but inside is absolutely gorgeous. Good location with plenty of shopping around and a cinema and close to major roads for exploring. Friendly staff who helped me to plan my stay with my kids. That really helped. Breakfast was great, plenty to eat and lots of variety. We ate both nights in the Restaurant and the staff were great with my kids. Food was good and reasonably priced. Would have loved a deal with dinner included. A lot of money for a single parent but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Pool (sauna and steam room) was clean and the staff were attentive at all times. It was a special few days as my little daughter just lost a school friend and it was my son's birthday so we were trying to get away for a change of scenery.
